Collin's Painting & Remodeling

Collin is the most professional efficient and proficient contractor we have ever dealt with. We never met Collin untill we found him through Home Advisor. We had just moved into a new home and we originally hired him to paint several rooms. We chose him over the other contractors we interviewed because he pointed out several details regarding cracks in the walls and ceiling and had a solution for all of the problems. His price was fair and comparable to others. After he finished the initial job wich was done with great care and efficiency we hired him for other jobs around the house. He has installed a drop ceiling in the basement and built us a custom linen closet. We also hired him to repair damage to the ceiling done by a plumber. We reccomend Collin wholeheartedly and plan on hiring him in the future.

Collin recently did a renovation of my porch from wood to vinyl- his quote was under previous quotes and the work that was done was top notch. I would definitely use Collin again for other home repairs and highly recommend his services.

Exterior (whole house) painted Aug '17 and interior hall and stairway painted Oct '17. Very pleased with results. Neat, conscientious painter. Reasonable price. Friendly, attentive service. Will use Shamrock again in the future.

completely exceeded our expectations from the estimating process to the final walk through! He gives his customers a quart of every color paint used on the project just in case a wall gets scratched or something of that sort! All in all we will definitely recommend him to anyone we can and use him in the future.
