(March 7, 2019, 4:48 am)This facility needs more QUALIFIED staff for the patients. I have noticed some of the aids are rough with the patients when trying to hurry them up to go to the bathroom. This is my reasoning for needing more staff. There are, however, some wonderful staff members who are kind and compassionate with older residents.
