    THANK YOU to the M.O.G.
I am a member of the M.O.G. (Medically Orientated Gym) for a lot of reasons (clean, plenty of equipment, etc.) but the main reason is the expert advise that is freely available from the staff.
You see, I have had a bad back for several years. I needed an exercise regiment that would (1) help relive my chronic back pain and (2) help strengthen my lower back.
The staff at the M.O.G. all have college backgrounds in physical training and they designed an exercise program for me that focused on my “core”. I work that program 3 time per week. I’ve also taken advantage of the free (included in membership) Yoga and “circuit training” classes.
The other day, while working out, I noticed that I’m using more weight and doing more reps. I’m getting stronger! Last week I went skiing (and skied all day) and I’m able to be on my feet, walking and hiking, for prolonged periods of time. But the thing I noticed was that I haven’t had any back pain in a few weeks!
So I just wanted to say “THANK YOU” to all the people at the M.O.G. for providing the facilities, services and staff that are helping me enjoy and get the most out of my life again.

We've been with the MOG for several years and we like everything about it, the facility, the equipment, especially the staff; always helpful, just great people.
