Basically empty...about 6 to 8 people through in just over an hour. Good place for small group meetings, no one will bother you. Beautiful design...
Most area residents feel this is a colossal waste of $25 million dollars.

Very cool place! Mostly like an upscale rest area. Has food, coffee, clean bathrooms, sitting area, wifi, and very cool pirate playground. Also, it has charging stations for electric cars

Beautiful facility! Clean restrooms, lots of tables and benches in a dining area, charging stations, and a deli/gift shop showcasing local goods. They also have interactive maps and tourist info. A great place for a road trip pitstop. 10/10 would recommend.

Love it! Spacious, huge, with lots of cool info. Granted, more chain restaurant food options may be good for some but I didn't mind the one big cafe/restaurant there.

The washrooms are clean and the location of the place so close to the border was helpful - fantastic as a rest stop.

An incredible Frank Lloyd Wright design come to life in truly amazing scale - what a greeting center. Not only will you find information on New York's storied history, but you can also check out some of New York's finest products in the Taste of NY store right inside the center. There is an indoor rest area or you can watch the kids play on the outdoor playground. You can even take your picture with a buffalo.
