“We went Friday at 8 pm to pick up a medium c & p with 10 BBQ fingers. There were orders being confused for a few ppl before us, but we were confidently handed our box and bag & went out way. Turns out the pizza was fine, but we were given 5 fingers & fries. Also, we were overcharged - it was 20.89 for the food (online listed special price), and we got 2 bottles of 20oz Green teas. The total came to 31.94 - we had paid with a credit card and didn't pay attention to the total, our fault, but there is no reason we could think of for tax & teas to be $11. A disappointment, when it's usually no prob.”

“Drove in from Rochester with a small group of people heading toward Niagara and decided to stop here for lunch. Called food in about half an hour before we arrived and when we got there it was served within 5 or 10 minutes hot and fresh. We weren't expecting a real dine-in experience, just figured they'd have a table in the corner we could sit at or something so getting a waitress and drink service was welcomed, there was a dine-in fee for our group, but it was reasonable and worth it. Food was great, we were all tired and hungry so we stuffed ourselves on pizza and wings, the honey garlic went over big with the group. Atmosphere is fun and the gift shop was cool. My experience was all around good.”

Some salad dressings cost .75 extra at the Village Inn, and you will not be informed of that when you order your salad with your entree. I was surprised when I saw the charge on my bill. Since when do you pay extra for salad dressing on your salad? I feel that if you order a dressing that has an extra charge, the server should inform you of the charge.”

You must go up and get your own utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. The food is really good and plentiful. The ambiance is quite nice too. Very country.
