This store has a wide selection of clothing, outdoor stuff, and home appliances, as well as mattresses. Prices are very competitive, even without sales. It's usually quiet, which I prefer. Only customer service is limited.

Janelle Lasker was the ultimate problem solving employee in the McKinley Mall SEARS. The service is terrific, friendly staff and a store manager who excels at customer service and staff management as well. So glad to be able to do business there!

Haven't been to a Sears since the one in williamsville closed when I worked there. This one is so much bigger. It was really clean and organized. They staff seemed pretty attentive to all customers in the store and to their job duties. There are anyways great deals too! I will definitely be coming here more often

Great Store, Great Employees, Great Tools and other Stuff. It's going to be Sad to see if this store closes soon? There tool department is thinning out everyday and no new stuff in sight! Very Very Sad to see Big Companies like this close up, that have been a huge benefit to our community! I Hope they Stay open! Keep up the many more years in supplying our community with Quality Product's.
