Understanding, not pushy, listens to customers ideas. Scheduling the estimator, to beginning and end of project, very open and understanding, builds their schedule around you the customer.
The installers, (had both tile and carpet installed), professional, courteous, quality workmanship thorough and through. Even as when the job was being done in our home, we were there, never a slang word, addressed with respect to myself and wife.
The Iacobucchie family (pardon if name is mispelled), gets customer satisfaction, service and price for product.

They were initially good at coming in for quotes and for completing the jobs in a timely manner. They were NOT good in returning calls or correcting mistakes when I had an issue. I was told that they would "get back to me" 5 times over a period of months with no response. I now have a hole in my flooring that is not even a year and a half old.

(March 22, 2019): I have since amended my review as Decorator Carpets have resolved my flooring issue and looks fabulous!

When you buy flooring first of all you want good quality products and Decorator Carpets has a great selection of quality products. But after that the most important item is who is installing your flooring and this is where Decorator Carpets Excels. I have purchased several floors from them and each time the installers were someone you would like to invite into your home. Always pleasant and quality workmanship. After some remodeling, I needed part of my carpet restretched. They were glad to do it and because it was such a small job they did not charge me for the work.
