I came in on Valentine’s Day as the shop was closing. Frank was amazing. I was set up in a cozy room with a leather recliner couch and a Netflix remote while they worked on my car. I am a woman and I always worry about over paying when it comes to my car. This is never the case with Joe’s auto. Frank was honest and walked me through the issues with my vehicle. I was given a fair price for excellent work. I can’t say enough about these guys. I have been coming here for fifteen years, and even after moving out of the area I will never take my business elsewhere. I would rather drive back to Hamburg for a stress free experience.
