I had an appointment with West Herr Chevy and had to cancel on the same day due to my Jeep not being able to start. West Herr Chevy service Department was not answering their phones! Triple A gave me a jump and the company they sent was Schultz. They were able to take my Jeep in the same day and repair what was needed to pass inspection. Car repairs are and can be expensive. Fair prices and I did not feel I was taken advantage of.
Customer service was great and I rather spend my money on a smaller local business that employees veterans.
