We had a minor hiccup with our video security recently. Southtowns AV installed it eight or ten years ago and it has been running 24/7 ever since. Recently, I mentioned to Heather that one function of the software wasn't working correctly. Jess was on site the next morning addressing the problem. Although the glitch was hardly mission critical, everyone handled it as if it were their top priority. That is great customer service!

I had a system for managing my equipment bought at Big Box store. Has been a disappointment from day one and now that it is a bit older, I have the privilege of having to pay for tech support for each visit. Not any more!! I made the decision through a friend's referral to try Southtown Audio Video. Could not be happier. Heather recommended all of the various components I needed to update my system and fixed every problem I experienced previously. Jessica came out and installed everything very professionally and explained it all very thoroughly.
I nosed around a bit on costs and all of their pricing is the same or reasonably competitive. When you add up the notion of "dealing with real people" that really know their stuff, it's just way more totally cost effective to deal with a great company like this. Over the long haul I expect this will be a great system from a super company. The fact I have real people to deal with for questions and issues is huge.
