I went here for a DOT physical the other day, was quick and easy. The nurse practitioner Theresa is very friendly.
Theresa is very thorough and professional. I would highly suggest any local CDL holders to pay her a visit for your medical card.
Drivers, say goodbye to the waiting rooms! I highly recommend getting your DOT physical here. Very friendly, affordable, and convenient. This very nice lady went above and beyond her duties to help me out, and I didn't even ask! She works for you, so with that said, you can call her anytime and she will get you in on your schedule. I can not say enough about Teresa, so see for yourself. I will be calling Theresa for my future DOT physicals.
