I'm a DIY kinda person. Service here is outstanding!
We have 20+ year old LOPI stove, Been acting up. Over the phone Diagnosing and how to repair. He (service man) even gave me his Cell phone if I had any questions. Sent a few Pictures and he walked me threw the entire way to repair my Stove. You do not find that kind of service any more. Places now days want to come to your place for a fee, diagnose it for a fee and repair for a fee. Sure I had to pay for the part. A bit on the pricey side but way cheaper than replacing the whole unit. Will always recommend Countryside Stove & Chimney.

We purchased a gas insert a couple of years ago and the customer service from start to finish was fantastic. We had shopped around and we were surprised by how much better the experience was with Countryside. I am writing the review now because I had an issue with it and I had to call them. The guy who answered the phone was great and walked me through a series of troubleshooting steps and we eventually solved the issue. At no time did he verify our purchase or try to sell me on a service call. He was very patient and service like that is much appreciated and hard to find these days. I highly recommend them. Very honest people.

Can be expensive, but very knowledgeable and well stocked.

Great experience working with owner, Keith, and team at Countryside Stove & Chimney. Keith came out immediately to view my home and determine the best inserts that would fit into my two current wood burning fireplace spaces and best meet my needs. Then, I went out to the showroom and Keith literally took me around and showed me each and every insert option, showed me how the flame looked against different background options, etc. When I had trouble deciding which I liked best for one of my spaces, Keith offered (and did!) to send two options so that I could see which looked the best in my home and choose there!! That is GREAT customer service. I chose 1 gas insert and 1 electric and the install went seamlessly. Looking forward to using them when cooler weather arrives!

so happy with my new gas fireplace insert. I wanted realistic looking logs & a nice high flame and that’s exactly what I got. The heat output is excellent, as was the customer service. I highly recommend.
