Mighty Taco

This location is hit or miss on how they prepare the food. Mighty Taco in general is great.

I really don't care what the so-called taco "purists" think about Mighty. I have loved their great food ever since they were first formed on Hertel Avenue. Although I believe that they changed their ground beef seasonings sometime back in the mid-2000's (Their ground beef seems a lot milder ever since then) that is simply remedied by me either bringing my own bottle of my all-time favorite hot sauce (Melinda's Red Savina Habanero) with me when I eat there, or apply that fine sauce to my takeout. They are a true innovator in "Buff-Mex" food! Their El Nino Burrito (Wheat tortilla, Extra hot, no tomatoes, sour cream) is my favorite. The Max Buffito is pretty damn good too!

Well duh, it's locally owned so the food's damn good. I wish that the corporation can figure out a better scheduling routine for the managers and staff. Half of them are over worked, and the company from experience just wings it with their own standards, which can bring the food quality low. Not their fault, the employees can only do so much! Great food and service aside from that.
