“Pizza tasted pretty good, except the dough in the middle was too thin/soft and didn't hold the ingredients. 3 stars mainly due to pricing. Pizza cost about 20% more than others in the area, likely because this is a franchise. Also the location is brutal getting in and out of but that's probably more of an issue with the Town/County as William St desperately needs to be widened”

“Amazing experience! In a world where great customer service can be so hard to find, Carlos is the exception. I called today looking to get my gas oven repaired. I told him what I thought the problem was and he knew right away and had the part. He was supposed to come the next day and I was so happy he called back the same afternoon and said he could come today!! He was very professional and was in and out in under 45 minutes. I called other places and he definitely is more reasonable with his prices. I will definitely recommend for any future repairs. Thanks Carlos!!”

“Although this is a small dealership in the Buffalo, NY region, these guys always treated me as a first-rate customer. Maybe it is because of their size that they give such good attention to detail but I was always pleased with their customer service. In my situation, I was trying to buy a car remotely and I was looking as far away as NYC but then I found LK Auto online. Although they sold the car that they had advertised they searched the country and cherry-picked a BMW for me out of Michigan and moved it here at no cost to me. I drove it, loved it, and bought it. Because it was used, it came with a short warranty and I did have one small issue with the door during the warranty period. We discussed the issue and fixed it - it was fair and with no problems. I love their turn-around time. All emails were answered quickly. All phone calls were picked up (no voicemail). Everything was handled professionally. I hope that my new (used) car lasts me a long time but I hope to use the guys again a few years from now. These guys are aces.”

“This is a true townie dive bar. It's open late throughout the week which is a plus. Drinks are reasonably priced, cheap even. Depending on the night and the crowd, u may get into a fight or invited back to the local motorcycle club's clubhouse. If that's your thing then u should be all in. If it's not, it's pretty easy to mind your business in there, play the mega touch, touchstones jukebox, pool or darts and enjoy cheap drinks or buckets of beer. Remember, this is a DIVE bar. Womens bathrooms are always clean.”

They are the only doctors office that I’ve ever been to that manages to get all test results to me within hours and appointments scheduled promptly!
