Trailer Sales Of New York

My son bought a new trailer there last year and decided it was not big enough for what he needed so I bought it from him and he went back to buy another one great people to deal with and they have everything ready for you when you get there it's well worth the ride to save a lot of money

I enjoyed doing business with the guys at trailer sales of New York. They were all professional and knowledgeable of their products. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Recently purchased a utility trailer. Customer service was great. They had the paperwork just about done by the time I arrived. So the buying part was fairly quick. Over quality of the trailer could have been a little better. The boards on the trailer were spaced out enough where there could have been one more board on the deck meaning less gap between the boards. Also some of the boards were installed upside down so the boards will eventually warp upward. The wiring under the trailer could have been a little better. It had a lot of open connections where the elements of the weather will cause rusty connections and broken wires. I will be fixing that. Also the cheapest of lights were used. An LED light kit will be my 1st upgrade. The paint on the trailer wasn't the best of quality. It had a lot of runs in the paint as well. And last, the expanded metal that was used on the gate was wrong. Usually it's the raised expanded metal, not flat. So that creates a very slippery and dangerous surface. Before all this, I had purchased an inexpensive utility trailer from home depot that I had to unfortunately return because my side by side wouldnt fit on it. The boards on that trailer were nicer and it had LED tail lights and LED marker lights.

I felt bad for the secretary she couldn't see the paperwork and had to keep redoing it. She really needed a break they might want to at least hire one more secretary on so that it's not so much on one person. Other than that live the trailer the quality is great too.
