Athletes Unleashed is one of the most professional, knowledgable, engaging group of instructors I have ever come across. I attended a 1-hr self defense training course and that class was much better than any martial arts class I have ever taken, hands down. We were taught on how to survive in real world environments and scenarios. The gym itself is extremely clean, the equipment available can't be found in your standard gym, the atmosphere is energetic and the instructors are motivating.

Athletes Unleashed is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Not just physically am I stronger but also mentally I am healthier and stronger too. My migraines are completely managed now without medication thanks to Athletes Unleashed! It's a place where I feel like I fit in and can be myself. The coaches are all AMAZING .. they push me beyond my comfort zone but not to a place that is not a reality for my ability. I'm not just a number there ... they know me well and know my ability better than I do. I am truly a lifer -- Thanks SO much Athletes Unleashed!!!!
