He was a great listener an ordered test for me to find answers .My husband and I both like Dr.Herbst. he was very professional and down to earth. I have recommended him to our older children.

Just wanted to write in after being so impressed with this office. I spoke with Amy multiple times. I was being a bug. But she took her time with me and really listened to what I needed. I called the other day crying because I am so emotional over my health problems and my family members health problems. The girls always listen to me. I am so appreciative every time she gets me in. Dr Herbst is the best doctor in WNY. He took the time and answers all of my questions. He diagnosed me with things that I never knew I had and now taking care of before I get worse. Buffalo medical is great because I can go right down to get a X-ray. I do not recommend the walk in clinic they have. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time. Thank you for all of your superb care. I feel lucky to have you.

Great staff! Great doctor! I had to take my mother in and she not easy to handle. The girl there was so sweet and even walked us out to the car when we couldn't handle the windy day. I will recommend my whole family.
