We have had a wonderful experience with Comfort Keepers in Orchard Park, NY. - from the caregivers to the office staff. They made it possible for my mother-in-law to remain in her own space, living as independently as possible. We appreciated their help, care and compassion.
Comfort Keeps helped me keep my father at home months longer than we could have managed by ourselves. We worked with three different care givers and we loved them all. This organization was available, professional, and truly concerned for my father and my family. I highly recommend them.
Our family was so appreciative of the compassionate care our father received from his Comfort Keepers! They were always punctual, attentive, responsible, and very much on top of things. It is such a difficult thing and stressful time to find yourself needing this type of care system to be in place, but Sue Kryczak and her staff were very accommodating and understanding about our frustrations with coverage and worries about finances. They listened to our concerns and helped the process go smoothly. We were immensely grateful for their professionalism and advice. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Comfort Keepers on Southwestern Blvd. in West Seneca if you are in need of compassionate in-home care for a loved one! Give them a call~ you'll never regret it!
I cant say enough about the support and heart felt care given to my Dad from Sue right straight through to the caregivers.. They were all so helpful in everyway and willing to accommodate our needs and schedule. It was a peace of mind knowing I could go to work and know I had little worries because they were there.. "They had me covered". A true group effort. and well appreciated. Thank you
I used to work for Comfort Keepers. It was a great job with wonderful clients to work with. Unfortunately I am permanently disabled now and can't work. I hope Susan is still there. What a great boss to have. I really miss everyone dearly, but I don't drive anymore or I would come visit all of you. ????????????
