Have always had a big fear of Dentists but she put me at ease immediately as did her staff. Was a new patient and saw me within an hour of me asking for an Appt for a cracked and infected tooth. Everything went so smooth and fast. Thank you!

Everyone in this office is so kind, caring and patient. I have been to the big clinics and this small office is absolutely a welcome relief. I know she herself has been battling cancer in herself and her family members. Through it all she puts her patients first. How brave she is. I am so thankful there is someone in Orchard Park that accepts Healthplex/Medicaid. I know Medicaid doesn't pay much and most offices won't accept it. Dr. Goodwyn redid my denture that I had done at one of the bigger clinics and I LOVE it!! And yes I paid a little out-of-pocket but it was well worth it. I can eat again!

Have had issues in the past with other dentists letting things go until major damage and decay had been done to my teeth, but since going here they do a fantastic job of being proactive to protect my teeth as well as being very honest with me. I live out of state but haven't switched dentists yet because I always get a check up when I come home and have nothing but positive experiences

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Goodwyn and her staff. I went from hating the dentist to looking forward to a visit. I no longer live in the Buffalo area, but I still visit Dr. Goodwyn whenever I can because she often finds cavities or early issues that my other dentist misses. She even made herself available in the off-hours to answer questions for me when I was out of town and having a dental emergency. The office has always been timely and conscientious about my schedule and appointment needs, and I've never had a problem with billing.

I generally don't write reviews however I felt compelled to do so for Dr. Goodwyn. I have been seeing her for many years and believe she is one of the best dentists in WNY. I am shocked by some of these posts with outrageous claims. I have found Dr. Goodwyn to be outstanding. I am NOT a family member. Her office is clean and updated. Her staff is polite and caring. I have never had any problems with billing or insurance with her office. I have found Dr. Goodwyn to be a caring, ethical and skilled dentist. I would never consider going anywhere else at this point. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
