Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food and drink was great. Service was ok but satisfactory. The bottomless fries service wasn't the greatest when we asked for more it took a while for the food to come out. I was expecting the waiter to regularly check and top up as and when we were short. Overall experience is worth a 4 star.

Usually very good service and food everytime. Lunch time is best for slower more quiet best service. But they do well for dinner.

Service was great! Burgers were also great! But... My wife wanted no pink cooked,had to send it back for another one well done.
Waitress returned back with another in about 3 minutes.

Excellent burger. Probably the best I’ve had in a long time. I got the Southern Comfort. Very juicy with good burger taste like from a flat grill but also tasted like it was BBQed but not dried out and burnt. Bun was nice and soft and fresh tasting. Side was steak fries and were good quality and hot. Small amount of fries but free refills. They do have wings but that is a review for another time.

I love red Robin. The burgers are great and I love the bottomless fries. I always get the buzzard sauce to dip my fries in and it's super delicious. The waitress I had last time was excellent. She forgot to charge me for my pop so I told her about it, and instead of charging me for it, she took 20% off my bill for being honest! I ended up tipping her the money I saved because she was so wonderful.
