Very interesting experience! Friendly people

Services were great. The staff, not so much. Hardly the friendliest people I've ever encountered. When I exited the cave, the woman on staff was talking to the group going in (I was the only person in there previously), and she then went into the cave to prepare it for them. She didn't acknowledge my presence, much less say anything to me. I guess since I prepaid and they already had my money, that's all that mattered to them. I just got my coat and left.

My session also started late due to another staff person (the only one there at the time) who took an extremely long time cashing out six customers from the previous session who were buying items. As a result, I didn't get the full amount of session time that I paid for.

I'll go to the other place in the area next time and see if they treat their customers better.

As for the response; I absolutely didn't want to have the experience I had either. I won't be calling or returning.

Always a very relaxing day with Chelsea medium message and kristen reki and Pam chakra with the salt cave.HIghly recommend the salt cave retreat.

This is a very relaxing experience. I've also bought some of their products while I was there. The Tibetan bowl sound healing was an really amazing experience, as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and sweet.
