Coffee is always disgusting, employees seem like they hate their lives and they charge you differently for the same thing. Any time I order extra caramel or extra pumpkin, I can't even taste the flavor, compared to other Tim's. If they're going to charge me 60 cents for am extra pump it would be cool to at least tell my coffee is flavored. They also won't use granulated sugar in iced coffee, they use this fake liquid sugar that has a horrible aftertaste. Convenient location, worst coffee I've ever had.
