Service Pro Heating & Cooling

Just moved into a new house and turned the AC unit on for the first time 2 weeks ago and it didn’t seem to be cooling the house whatsoever. Was referred to these guys and thank god we were. Only the fan was running and the system was in need of repairs. They came out the very next morning and AC was blasting within an hour! Great customer service and a ton of knowledge. Thanks again!

Came at 5pm Saturday, suggested a repair to a/c unit. Repair did not work, came back on Sunday and checked unit and further repairs were needed. Returned my check to me. Recommended new unit at a good price. Came on Monday with his partner and installation was done by 4pm. And he repaired by furnace vent pipe at no charge, he noticed it was needed upon inspection. Sam will be my HVAC guy going forward. Cleaned up thoroughly and unit looks great!

Our air conditioner froze during the heat wave. Called Service Pro and they came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Sam came bright and early the next morning and fixed the problem. Highly recommend this company.

I had a Furnace and Hot Water tank installed 1/28/2019, I wanted to give an honest review so I made sure to post this review after having the systems in my home for a few months. WOW. Is all I can say. Sam was easy to work with, exceeded my expectations and was very affordable. I recieved 3 other quotes from different companies and they were well above what Service Pro offered. All their work is professional and they will give their expert opinion when needed. My furnace and hot water tank work awesome. No complaints. I have even seen a reduction in my heating costs. I had Sam hook up lines for an A/C unit. Cannot wait to have them back out when the weather breaks.
