My son was having a bad experience with another daycare he was very withdrawn and crying all the time when I dropped him off. I switched to Care A Lot-Tonawanda and they are AWESOME!!! The director is great and her staff is wonderful, my son and daughter love it his attitude totally turned around and he is so happy. The teachers are very caring and loveable, I have never felt safer to leave my kids in a daycare facility than I have with Care A Lot. :)
