Steve was great and a pleasure to work with! He kept things moving along quickly and smoothly. We had our roof replaced and he was there at the beginning and at the end of the job to make sure everything is done right. We are very satisfied with the work done! We were told that it would be 3-4 weeks until we can get our roof replaced, but Steve was able to squeeze us in within 10 days. I am only leaving 4 stars because Katie Graves handled the paperwork very poorly. She promises a lot and does nothing. But as far as workmanship, definitely 5 stars!

Graves Bros replaced my roof, including a complete tear off. It looks fantastic. They completely cleaned up everything when they were done. I have a lot of flower beds around the house, nothing was damaged. They even put my potted plants back on the patio & the hanging basket on the Shepard's hook. Which was above & beyond what I expected.

Highly recommend. Had a roof replaced on a rental property and Steve was in regular communication and the crew knocked out a quality job in only two days (on a Friday and Saturday) and Steve returned on Monday to ensure the property was cleaned up appropriately and had the crew return to fix a few gutter straps. Exceptional work and communication at a competitive price!

I sold my house recently and needed a new roof very quickly as part of the closing agreement. My contact, Steve, at Graves Brother's was absolutely attentive, answering my calls & texts promptly. He took care of every detail, meeting me on my schedule while I was running errands. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process and even with a small hiccup caused by the dumpster rental for debris, he was extremely helpful and worked it out on his side, something priceless for me as I was no longer in town. With this kind of investment you want to know you're going to be taken care of. It was a painless and pleasant experience. He even stopped by after the work was done to make sure everything was cleaned up properly. I definitely recommend Graves Brother's and would hire again. Thanks guys!

Incredible service. Steve Miller couldn’t of made things any easier for my family and I. Can’t say enough about Grave Bros. I did a search for “the best roofers in buffalo” and they came up. I emailed them and they responded back to me that day AND came out the next to give me an estimate for my complete tear off job. (One very well known roofing company in this area didn’t even respond to my request for an estimate...AND I AM SO GLAD THAT THEY DIDN’T!)
A fair price and BEST warranty around made them an easy choice. But it gets even better because I had a lot of damage they met with my insurance adjuster to go over the damage. Let’s just say they work VERY WELL with ANY homeowners insurance company.

My roof is awesome. They cleaned up everything. 2 days later you would of never known they were there. Except for the great looking roof !
