(July 10, 2018, 3:01 pm)This kayak launch is just off of Niagra Falls Blvd by Ellicott Creek. There is a small parking lot which is free to use. You'll be sharing the parking lot with people fishing as well as kayaking. There is a floating kayak launch so easy to get in and out of the water. Ellicott Creek is a nice slow body of water, about 1.5 miles up stream from Tonawanda. The day I went out saw a turtle in the river, quite a few fish and an egret.
