Listen- if you need an amazing ENT surgeon, he is the one. You will wait hours in the waiting room, you will have to deal with the office staff. I have had two surgeries with him and can now actually breathe through my nose and no longer get sinus or tonsil
infections. I think if you have chronic issues it might wear on you after a while, but if you have an issue that is an appointment or 2, I think he is worth it. I knew the deal before I made my appointment so I would check in and ask them to call me when he was ready for me. I would leave and go to Tim Hortons or Whole Foods for a bit and come back. Just be prepared.

When I called to make an apt they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I only waited about 30 min in the waiting room. The staff and the doctor were so nice. I’m so thankful he was recommended to me. It’s rare finding a doctor who actually listens to what u have to say.
