Bank of America Financial Center

There are 3 ATM's at this location. 1 in the bank lobby and 2 in the drive through Lanes located directly immediately behind the bank. Also has the most up-to-date ATM's with tap and pay. Now I don't have to take out my ATM card.

Sat down with a gentleman named Aaron this morning and he was extremely rude and acted like
every question I asked him was an inconvenience to him. This is very unsettling considering the fact that I was in there due to getting a temporary debit card because my bank account was hacked. As you can imagine, I was already frazzled. So to be so rude was just uncalled for. I am giving it 3 stars only because the teller and woman that greeted me when I walked in were very pleasant.

One of the better banks around, as long as you read the fine print of your account, you will be fine. They service is good, they greet you and help you as soon as you walk in the door and they also have two ATMs outside If you don't have the time to go inside.

Karen was very helpful and professional. Person on the front to greet also greeted warmly.
