Excellent retail watch store. I went to WW for a battery change because it's an official Luminox service center. Very quick service and unbeatable prices. I will be back again for all of my Luminox needs. Thanks again.

Great staff and service. Easiest place to get a battery replacement, or a full watch tune up. They are the most knowledgeable watch shop in the area. Alway leave there extremely satisfied!!!

They were super to deal with. They did what they promised and were really quick. Nice selection of watches also.

I took three watches in for service. Although there were many customers in the store, things moved along very quickly. The Watch World guys replaced the batteries and removed links from an expandable band that was too large. The third watch — my favorite because it featured beautiful turquoise channel work done by a Navajo craftsman — had been collecting dust in a drawer because the jewelry stores where I took it said they couldn't do anything to fix it. In a couple of days the experts at Watch World fixed the sodalite watch face and put on a beautiful new band. Now it looks like new! The service here is outstanding, and the prices are surprisingly affordable. Thanks, Watch World!

I was taken right away and while I was expecting my watch batteries to take a long time to get replaced like in the mall kiosks, I was out and on my way with my watch with new batteries in less than ten minutes. Also this was VERY reasonably priced. I will be bringing all my watched for repairs and will purchase all my watches from here in the future. Thank you!
