I just can't say enough about Reimer. I have never seen a company that really cater to their customers like they do. Not only do they do quality work, I cannot say enough about their employees. You can tell they love the work they do, take the time to explain what they are doing, and actually take the time to offer regular household tips where warranted! You can tell they only have the best on staff... From the girls who handle the phones to the guys that come to your home.... I trust their judgement, service and safety issues. Our last service call was from Lou, and as always was fantastic (as always).
He found the problem with our central air and even though I was expecting it to be several days before they had parts he came through for us the very next day!!! And again.. always helpful and concerned! Thank you so much Lou!

Just had Derrick, a Reimer Tech., tune up the furnace and AC. He was on time, pleasant, and professional.
In 2017 I had a new furnace and AC installed by Reimer. Everything works great and I’m very glad I choose this company!

Technician arrived on time. Inspected my air conditioner and found no problem. He did advise that my hot water tank should be replaced in the near future and gave me a cost estimate. That will be put on my to do list as soon as I pay off the air conditioner.
