Bill was absolutely wonderful and more than accommodating, especially with such short notice for an event as large as our's. Bill was super friendly and funny- all the children and even the adults loved him! He was there on time or even earlier than requested and stayed longer than requested. Aside from an outstanding customer experience, Bill's pricing was far less than anyone else I contacted. We will continue to book Chilly Billy's for our annual picnics as the experience was everything we wanted and then some!
