We had the Tech. guy come on 1/29/19 to BOCES Special Ed. office - he was very helpful and explained what he was doing to the copy machine. A pleasant person to work with.

On behalf of Niagara Falls Urgent Care, George, our field service tech was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about how to use our printer. Great understanding of both hardware and software! Very much appreciate the service!

We could not be any happier since we switched over to Toshiba. Everyone we deal with is very nice and professional, and the new copiers are awesome. If your office scans a lot, make sure you get the larger feeder on top, it can handle a ton of scanning (two sided). We were happy with our previous vendor, but we are glad that we gave the Toshiba Rep (Alison) an opportunity to give us a quote. They saved us a lot of money, and we love the new copiers.

I work in the Print Shop of Buffalo City Hall and Toshiba is our copier vendor. I have to say that Victor, service rep. is awesome. Always reliable, educated on the machines, always pleasant when we comes into the printshop he is like family!!!

Victor V is great and always comes with a smile on his face. He is always helpful and will to explain in detail to all the staff about what just happened to the copier. :)
