(August 18, 2017, 11:06 pm)If your delivering here, (linehaul) expect to spend roughly 45 min for your drop and hook. When it's a race against your clock this isn't a good thing. No issues with customer service. This was our first time here and we were directed where to go. Check in is by dock door 92. Straight ahead, up one small flight of stairs and door on the left to check in. We were directed to leave paperwork, drop trailer, come back by dock 92 and wait for jockey to bring us an empty. This is where a lot of time was wasted. Jockeys shuffling trailers while you just wait.
A better, more efficient system needs to be implemented.
15 min max on a drop and hook.
Anyway, expect to wait.
