Excellent attention given to the problem I have with my lower back and after just a couple of weeks, I'm already seeing improvement in my flexibility. The entire staff is dedicated to their work, very professional and friendly. The facility is bright, clean and well equipped to help with head-to-toe problems.

I had such a positive experience here! I had never been through anything even remotely close to physical therapy so I didn't have a clue what to expect. But from the initial evaluation, being SO informative, and throughout the weeks of therapy and exercise, I knew I was at the right place. I worked with John and Rachel - they are both awesome, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and comfortable to be around (I highly recommend) but everyone here was always very welcoming. I hope I don't need PT again anytime soon but if I ever do. . I know where I'll go.

5 Star rating for Steve, Dan and Thad at West Seneca BRG. Injury to my lower back/sciatic nerve would not allow me to sit for more then 10 seconds. With patient guidance and encouragement from the team I was able to avoid surgery and return to work. Cannot thank them enough. Today, stretching and exercise is part of my daily routine. They are true professionals.

I chose BRG West Seneca because of its close proximity to my house, but I couldn't have gotten luckier with how wonderful the staff and atmosphere were during the (almost) year of my treatment. I worked with Taylor and Kevin, and they were both amazing and made me feel comfortable and confident that I was receiving the best advice and care. The facility is very relaxed and low-pressure, clearly centered around patient comfort and convenience. I was never afraid to ask questions, and they were able to modify exercises and stretches around what worked best for my particular body and health. I would absolutely recommend this facility and staff to anybody in need of rehab after an injury, or general strengthening PT. They are wonderful!

I work with Rachael and Mike. They’re a really positive team. They listen to me, answer all my questions. Scheduling is easy, quick, and flexible. I would highly recommend this group for anyone needing PT/OT.
