VERY Pleasant and Professional owner I would not trust my vehicles to any one else Highly Recommended!! Dont get Ripped off

Frank was super helpful and helped me with financing the repair on my bumper!

I was in a car accident which is never a good thing to experience. Glaub's got me in for an estimate and it was more than fair!! Got my car back and it looked good as new. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Was driving from Toronto back to Maryland, hit a tire belt right before crossing the border and ripped the bottom of the front driver side of the car.

After dragging the loose piece across the border, I immediately looked for a highly rated repair shop in the buffalo area and came across Gluab's Collison. My mind-set going into the shop was "I don't care if getting ripped off as long as I can get back onto the road ASAP", but I was very fortunate to find this jewel auto-shop. I was greeted by Frank, the owner, whom i explained what happened to the car and I was in a hurry. He and his crews quickly relocated his other cars (They have a lot of repairs going on) and checked my car first. Frank explained to me what was damaged (fender liner - i think that's the name of it), and fixed it for me. He explained to me that I don't need to replace the part now and could do it once I'm back in Maryland. I also won't be needing to replace it unless I'll be driving in the snow because the opening at the bottom.

At the end, he didn't want to charge me anything because It seems to be a minor fix for him (It seems complicated fix to me). Without knowing how much it is supposed to be, I hope i gave him enough for a lunch :). Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. Frank, and the crew, are very honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs repair in the area.

Unfortunately two of my vehicles have had to go through this shop after accidents. Both have come out better looking than before the accidents! Frank really knows what he's doing when it comes to his trade. Paint matched beautifully and the cars feel exactly the same if not better. Thanks again, Frank!
