After recently purchasing a home I ran into multiple plumbing issues within the first month of living in our new home , I contacted Ando plumbing and arranged for a service call. Jason arrived and was courteous and explained everything he was going to do. Ando plumbing went above and beyond in addressing my needs and even after I identified additional issues left by the former owners they worked with me on the plan to correct the issue . Ando plumbing was reasonable in price , trustworthy and I will not hesitate to contact them again if I run into any plumbing problems. I will refer family and friends to Ando plumbing for any plumbing issue. Thank you

Had my hot water tank die on a Sunday. Called Jim Ando Plumbing - actually talked to the owner - and they had someone out there replacing it first thing the next morning. I was very happy with the way they urgently handled my situation. Service was great and the technician walked me through everything I needed to know about my new water tank.

These guys were awesome. We'd been struggling to find someone willing to do a hard job--re running our main water line so it went below the frost line--and they quoted us a very reasonable price and promised it would be done in a day. Despite running into unforeseen difficulties, they stood by the original quote and still got the job wrapped up in a day. I cannot recommend these guys enough--they were professional, pleasant, timely and most importantly honest. You'd do well to hire them!
