Had to get some new breaks for my car. Ordered them online so we can go into the store and pick them up with ease. Once I placed the order online got an email within minutes saying they were all set for pickup. When we arrived we were greeted by a younger gentlemen; sadly I did not get his name, but he was a pleasure to deal with. He went to get the brake pads and even checked the boxes for us making sure everything was in there that we needed. Not a lot of places do that from what I've seen so that was a nice added touch. We talked about a lot of different life related things and I left feeling confident that I made the right decision. I ordered power stop brake pads and I'm very happy with the purchase so far and even saved 20 bucks ordering online and picking them up in store.

Worked with me to correct the perceived problem. Very customer service oriented. Went the extra mile and performed a free tire balancing at all four wheels.

Helped straighten out a light I g issue for inspection on my vehicle. Very honest
