(June 10, 2015, 11:53 am)I have been working with Jeff for a chronic back injury. Jeff has done an Excellent Job rehabilitating my injury after each surgery and every relapse of pain that I have had. I have to admit that I have presented Jeff and the ProActive staff with several challenges along my rehabilitation path. Jeff and ProActive have overcome each Challenge with Great Success! I am Capable of doing the Activities I do today, All Thanks to ProActive Sports Rehab!
(April 4, 2015, 11:40 pm)Jeff was a really great PT. He diagnosed my knee problem and showed me exactly how to fix it. After having this problem for years, I'm finally getting better. I highly recommend him and his clinic. It was a nice place.
