Arrived at 17:00 for a 21:00 appointment. In door by 20:00 and out by 20:35. Friendly staff. Has parking for early arrivals.

My load was a "hot load" but I was running late the whole trip. I had a 11pm appointment. I got here at 1230am. They took me right away. Lumper prices are kind of high. They had me done by 2am. They have overnight parking as well.

They start unloading at 9pm. My appt was at 9. finished at 11:30. They have staging area. A little more waiting and procedures but overall was good

I don’t see what all the gripe is about. Yes, this is an evening receiver only, but you should know that before you arrive unless your broker isn’t doing their job (and in that case you should fire them) or your dispatcher is lazy (and you should let them know as much). However, with today’s technology you can find this information out for yourself. As a driver, I’m always asking or researching the places I deliver to and load at. The place let’s you sleep there, which is rare for most receivers so you can reset your clock there. Loading time wasn’t the quickest, but it’s rare that most places are. Average time is about three to four hours. Yes, you will more than likely pay a lumper fee, but price is average going rate. Mine was $210. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that you had to pay $5 for a safety vest if you didn’t have one. Most places have a loaner if you don’t. However, as a driver, I know I should carry one at all times since some places do require you to wear one at their facility. Five stars!
