I can’t say enough about how beautiful my flowers were for our wedding! Finding flowers was extremely stressful for me as I couldn’t find what I wanted that was in my price range after talking to a couple of flower shops. Alicia made the entire process easy as I sent her pictures of my ideas and then we talked on the phone and came up with a plan several months before the wedding. As the wedding came closer she made sure to be in contact with me and even changing some of the initial plans and ideas close to the wedding. All of the flowers were delivered and set up just as we talked about. I can’t count the amount of times people stated how beautiful all of the flowers were and I would recommend William’s Florist and Alicia for wedding flowers to anyone!

I have been using William’s Florist for years. I grew up in West Seneca and although I moved away my parents still live there. Whenever I want to send flowers to my mother I either call William’s or use their website and they do a great job every time. There are lots of options for sending flowers these days but I like to use local businesses when ever I can. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and their customer service is terrific. I highly recommend William’s Florist - you will not be disappointed.

Williams Florist was so incredibly helpful after an online flower service failed to get my mom her Mother's Day bouquet. They took the time to talk through what arrangement would be best -- all with such a positive attitude. I needed the flowers to be made and delivered the same day, which they made happen. The flowers were stunning and my mom was incredibly happy. I love this florist!
