A Gust of Sun Winery & Vineyard

I highly recommend this winery. It's got everything you're looking for. Beautiful scenery and refreshing wines as well as wine slushies. My favorite being the cherry wine slushy. The gust winery also provides an option for wine tasting with chocolates. This place would be ideal for a day by the pond with a refreshing glass of wine.

We love Gust Of Sun! First winery my wife and I ever visited and still our favorite. We've been back many times and it's better each time. Super friendly and welcoming staff without the snobby atmosphere you get at some places. We love their tasting menu too, best around in my opinion. Nothing pretentious just a nice family business with great wines. The official kickoff to summer at my house is when I hang my sun from their gift shop over the grill!

We stopped here for a tasting a few weeks ago and have been back several times. They are one of the only wineries that pair chocolates with their wines and we have had a great experience each time. Stephanie is our favorite employee and always remembers us, making us feel right at home. They have a beautiful patio area with a pond and our toddler fed the fish while we enjoyed our bottle of unoaked Chardonnay. Truly a wonderful experience and of all of the wineries on the Niagara trail, I recommend this one the most.

The staff here is amazing. The manager was very attentive to our tastes and the owner (Shane) was very curtious. Both women were very pleasant and welcoming. Definitely a high class establishment, will definitely be back.

This place was great! The wine was delicious and the staff was very courteous. A very good set of people are working there. But the wine/chocolate tasting/pairing is worth a visit.

I really enjoyed the the Red Fedora, the Dry Diamond, and the Sax on the Beach.

Oh yeah, and their chocolate is home made. And it’s delicious. The madras curry bark will knock your socks off. So regardless of what wine/chocolate you get, be sure to try it.

If you’re visiting the Niagara area, be sure to make a stop. Totally worth it
