This was my 2nd time visiting the U.S. side. That day was in the. Low 90's. The spray from the falls was refreshing. I visited Hard Rock for the first time. My friend Rick made it quit enjoyable ordering us both a long island ice tea. My bus ride home was very relaxing. Love to take the $45 tour next time with 4 options to view the falls. Maybe stay over night on the Canadian side sometime. Keep sailing⛵
A great and educational experience even with the kids. The boys 8 and 4 had a blast the 4D ride was great, only 2 minutes but worth it. Especially since its free
My family and I were pleasantly surprised at how much fun and engaging the Niagara Power Vista was! We initially chose this place to visit during our trip to Niagara Falls hoping to learn a little and give the kids something to do. We experienced so much more! With the awesome 4D movie, the multitude of interactive learning stations, the personalized badges (nice touch!), the stickers we printed out with our faces on them :), and the "hair-raising" electricity demonstration.....we were so happy to have visited, and would do so again!
Amazing and great deal of energy information. Free entrance with plenty of parking with a free gift if you have a coupon from Niagara falls state park. Lots of hands on activities and it is self guided visit. Very educational for grade school age kids.
Niagara Power Vista Power Project was amazingly fun - and FREE!! From the moment you walk in the door, the staff was extremely friendly. You get a pass from them, go to a machine, and take a photo for your ID badge. The badge is a pass that you use at each station as you go through the facility completing activities and learning. They made it super fun. They have a static generating machine that makes your hair stand up, and a 3-D ride that is actually really fun. It only lasts about 5 minutes, but it is super fun.
You do want to give yourself enough time to make it through the whole facility because there is so much to see and do, and you don't want to miss it at all. We got there a little later in the day and were not able to see everything in the facility because we went late, so definitely get there early enough that you can see and do everything.
Though we did appreciate how empty it was when we were there so it was easy to go through at our own pace without having to worry about holding someone else up or waiting on someone else to move on. We HIGHLY recommend the Power Project. It is well worth the trip!!
