The services were fine, but they had me do a test that was not covered by insurance and costs $1600 (something I found out when I got a bill for it months later). For anyone interested, the NATERA PRENATAL SCREENING IS NOT COVERED. When I called the office about this, they said they weren't able to see which insurances would cover this test or not, and it was up to the patient to (somehow) know what is covered and what isn't. I have fairly good insurance, and I'm guessing that there are no insurance companies that cover this test. The office gave me the number for their Natera representative, who is able to negotiate the price down (I'm still waiting to see what the final bill is). The fact that it is their rep that I'm talking to makes me wonder what benefits this office gets by doing business with this company. I am not ok with them acting like this was just an ordinary test that people get done and not telling me that I was likely to get a bill for over $1500.

I have never been a fan of yearly checkups. This is the best clinic I have ever visited. It's lovely and welcoming. Everyone I met with was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I did not have to wait long to see people and everyone worked quickly. Very friendly. Definitely recommend, especially if you aren't comfortable with visiting an OBGYN.
