Council Opticians

I literally just left with my new glasses. This place is amazing! Quick service and extremely helpful and friendly staff. I’ve always had very thick lenses because my prescription/eyes are so horrible. I took the advice of Scott and had Council Opticians work on my lenses instead of my insurance company. I am very happy I made that decision because my lenses are practically nonexistent on the sides of my new glasses. I’ve never had thin lenses in glasses before. This is great! I would highly recommend this place!

I recently moved out of town (about an hour and a half) due to a job offer still remain a customer or Council. I went in for a new pair of glasses (got a great pair) and recieved some of the best customer service ever! Got in and got my glasses and got out! They understood my need to drive an hour and a half home and made sure my service was quick and complete. May have to continue as a customer because im afraid no other company will be this awesome!

Always a great experience at council opticians. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful (because we all know it’s hard to pick the right pair of glasses) Today I got to watch the process of how they cut out the lens and grind them down for the frames. I even got to try the grinding out too :) It was pretty cool to see how it’s actually done. ???????? Thumbs up. Definitely recommended for any of your eyewear needs.

Well I have to tell you that this is my Second time getting an eye exam from this Council Opticians at this location and I'm so glad I did. From being greeted by Sandy at the front desk who was super friendly by the way, Scott who honestly keeps things so light which honestly is such a lost art in so many professional office settings. Also, Dr.Needham is simply wonderful and highly recommended if your looking for a place where they take their time in making sure your prescription and evaluation are done with excellence, very comfortable during the entire eye test. In fitting for my new frames, Mike is the man, who my kids just loved because its around Halloween Time and he had some really cool contact lenses in that my kids are still talking about. Sandy had all of my previous information ready and waiting for me and the transition was super quick from beginning to end. I usually don't write reviews unless the service was extremely compelling and believe me......... It was!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else and if your looking for a place with great service where your eyes are concerned, then I recommend you start here, you wont be sorry I'm telling you!!!
