The older gentleman I talked to was genuinely pleasant to talk with. He wasn't overly pushy and didn't try to sell me towards targeted brands. From the other customers that interacted with him, he seemed knowledgeable enough on which nutrients did what for your body. I'll apologize ahead of time for eavesdropping but information is power. The majority seemed to be looking for dietary and weight loss oriented supplements. There were ecstatic exchanges over progress and a setback when they took a break, which tells me he sold them a successful product and the results worked. Unfortunately I was there for muscle building gym oriented supplements. The location is a bit smaller so they don't have the largest selection of products, especially when it comes to protein powders. The information he told me seemed logical and some of it coincided with alot of my own independent research. I'll interject that independent research in itself isn't bad if done extensively since the sales clerk at GNC in itself isn't a person who meets minimum training techniques and generally knows enough to sell a product, but I digress. The protein powders he recommended had 3/5 reviews online so I was hesitant to buy such a large container and possibly be stuck using a product with an outside effects like bloating, gas, gaining fat more than other powders, etc. It was a GNC brand so I think this particular gentleman's area of expertise was probably oriented not towards muscle heads, which is fantastic and appropriate giving that broad spectrum health is a priority over my trying to start on a quest to get swole. Going to end up ordering something on Amazon and work with their return policy in the event I get something that doesn't work for me.

Good help. Great advice. They offer lots of assistance.

Staff informed and personable. Can be pricey here but we usually wait for a good sale. We do love the products and this store is kept clean.
