Called store mid morning, brought computer to store for diagnostic, issue resolved by mid afternoon. Ms Christine Jones, General Manager, Lockport NY store was very efficient and effective in dealing with my computer related problem.

(January 30, 2019, 1:53 am)The three stars is only a reflection of me not really using much from the store. I'm usually only stopping in for print/copy services. I think that is a very useful part. I'm not really a huge fan of how much it costs to scan things in, but that's an understandable thing.
