Good service.
Very helpful in a time of need
Very good people. I called at 7 am. I had a call back from them by 7:10 and was off to try a solution they gave over the phone free of charge. Unfortunately it didn't work. They said they would try to get out that day.
I work 2nd shift. Before I left for work I called to see what time they were coming. The receptionist knew exactly my situation. She had all the answers I needed and emailed me a time of 9 am the next day.
Having had service people in my home before I was prepared to be waiting. Honestly I knew they said 9 but I expected 10 or 10:30. Apparently that's not how these people work. They arrived at 9:01. My issue had a solution within the hour.
In short, very knowledgeable, very very rapid response, very kind people. I am a happy panda.
Courteous, on time, clean up after nicely. I've had very nice service from SMPYNN AND SONS
We were in need of a sump pump, Tim was highly recommended. We called him and he arrived within 30 min. Fast, friendly, professional service!! Would highly recommend. Thanks again Tim for such fast friendly service.
