Would have been been a 5 bit the clerk's were cold, unfriendly.

Good place to shop except the customer care guy with beard and specs. Was not interested to help customers and showed attitude.

My husband was in need of a suit for his new job. We first thought of Hugo Boss. However, the employees there hid in the back until after we left. Feeling dismissed, we tried Calvin Klein. We were automatically assisted by a gentleman who took my husband's measurements, helped him find a suit he liked, and hooked him up with shirts, ties etc. Calvin Klein has earned our business and Hugo Boss lost it forever all due to customer service by the employees.
