I signed in promptly for a 2:30 appt but was not called for my diagnostic cataract measurements until approximately 40-45 minutes later. No advisement or any update provided as to why there was such a long delay for the tests to be conducted. Once called it was a a very smooth and professional process but for the cost of the overall process I feel an almost 45 minute wait was unacceptable. My time is as much a valuable commodity as is the providing medical staff and should be treated as such.

Been going there for years... very thorough eye Care plus a good value on glasses. The people are among the best in customer service. Job well done!????????
