“Wonderful experience, hands down go to Michael with any iPhone issues. Michael fixed my phone after I visited a nearby mall kiosk (I know) to repair a simple shattered screen. I left in tears after given the run around for 3 hours with NO screen repaired AND a broken home screen button (I did not have a broken home screen button to begin with) - I went down the street to Michael and left within 20 minutes and everything fixed.
